Where can I find information on sizing?

Please refer to the appropriate size chart of the product in question by accessing the product page and browsing through the available images.


 How long do I have to return an item?

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We want to make sure you have enough time to decide if you love your purchase or not.


What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that return orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee.


How do I start a return?

To start a return, simply contact us at: support@thematchmeboutique.com. We'll provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Please do not attempt to return items without written approval from us.


Can I return sale items or gift cards?

Unfortunately, we do not offer gift cards, therefore we cannot accept them. We do not accept returns on sale items. All sales on these items are final.


What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures a quicker process for you.Contact us to get started!


My order is late! How do you handle shipping?

Orders shall be shipped within 1-5 business days from the date of original purchase.

We utilize 3rd shipping providers such as USPS, UPS and Fedex for all domestic shipping and DHL for all international shipping. Because of this, any and all delays associated with shipping using 3rd party carriers is out of our control, as such, we cannot be held liable for any inconveniences as a result of delays.


How long does it take to receive a refund?

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
